2.1. Upon payment of the membership fee, these terms and conditions are deemed accepted.
2.2. These terms apply to all subscriptions and services provided by Emballage Indberetning ApS.
3.1. Access to Services: Membership provides access to our platform and the services delivered as a collective scheme in accordance with the extended producer responsibility (EPR) for packaging.
3.2. Activation of Membership: Membership becomes active only once payment of the membership fee has been completed. No services or tasks will be initiated before payment has been received.
3.3. Registration Below the De Minimis Threshold: If a member registers as being below the de minimis threshold of 8 tonnes annually, but it subsequently appears that the threshold is exceeded, the subscription will automatically be upgraded and an additional payment will be charged according to the correct membership category.
4.1. Prices: Current prices are available at all times on our pricing page on the website. All prices are exclusive of VAT.
4.2. Payment: Payment is made by credit or debit card. Upon subscription, automatic card charging is accepted for the selected membership and any additional services.
4.3. Invoicing and Payment Terms: For manual payments, an invoicing fee of DKK 150 excl. VAT will be charged.
4.4. Right to Charge: We reserve the right to charge any outstanding amount via the registered payment card, including amounts relating to membership, additional services, and fees payable to DPA and the Danish Environmental Protection Agency.
5.1. Emballage Indberetning ApS is approved as a payment administrator and handles, on behalf of its members, the payment and onward invoicing of fees to Dansk Producentansvar (DPA) and the Danish Environmental Protection Agency. These fees are charged and invoiced separately or in connection with the regular membership.
6.1. The subscription runs until terminated and is automatically renewed.
6.2. Termination must be made in writing with one month’s notice prior to the end of a subscription period by e-mail to info@emballageindberetning.dk.
7.1. The right of withdrawal does not apply to business customers. The agreement is binding from the time of payment, and no right of withdrawal is granted.
8.1. The member is responsible for providing correct and accurate information in connection with their reporting.
8.2. Emballage Indberetning ApS disclaims any liability for errors in data submitted by the customer or for failure by the customer to submit required data.
9.1. Emballage Indberetning ApS reserves the right to update and amend these terms and conditions. Changes will be notified with appropriate notice and will take effect at the next subscription renewal.
10.1. Processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our applicable privacy policy, which is available on our website.
11.1. Any dispute shall be governed by Danish law and subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
