take-e-way helps companies across Europe comply with producer responsibility. When their clients make products available on the Danish market, take-e-way refers them to us, and we handle the Danish part.
What the partnership is about
take-e-way helps companies across Europe comply with producer responsibility rules. When their clients make products available on the Danish market, take-e-way refers them to us. We handle the Danish part:
- registration in the Danish producer register (Producentregistret) at DPA
- reporting
- contact with the Danish authorities
This covers all producer responsibility areas in Denmark: packaging, electronics, batteries, vehicles, single-use plastics and fishing gear.
The model is simple. take-e-way owns the client relationship and is the client's contact. We handle Denmark and are take-e-way's single point of contact here. Our membership comes with guidance in English, public prices and no notice period.
take-e-way's clients have access to an online customer portal, where they can keep track of their registrations and reporting.
What the partnership means for you

If you sell to other European countries, we refer you to take-e-way, so you don't have to find a solution in every country yourself.

If foreign companies sell into Denmark, they get one Danish entry point through take-e-way and us. We believe a one-stop solution is the best way to assist the market with being compliant. Fewer free riders means lower costs for the companies that follow the rules.

If you have no company in Denmark, we act as your authorised representative for extended producer responsibility (EPR representative) free of charge, so you can sell in Denmark without a Danish address.
