Registration with DPA

All producers must be registered in the Danish producer register (Producentregistret, at DPA) before the products are made available on the Danish market. DPA (Dansk Producentansvar) runs the register where your company is registered and where your volumes are reported.

The registration fee is paid once and goes directly to DPA. You pay DKK 1,000 to register including your first product area, and DKK 500 for each further area. We help you all the way through pre-registration, including the fiddly MitID approval.

The annual operating fee from DPA is calculated on the volume of single-use plastic you reported. For small volumes you pay the minimum fee of DKK 250 per year.
